Art Submission Capture
Art Shows, fairs and galleries are requesting artists to submit their work in digital form. We capture your
artwork digitally and size them to your specification, and finally burn them to CD.
Please bring along the submission request form so we can follow the instructions.

creating your captures. Just order a Zapp Capture. It’s that simple. We capture your artwork, per Zapp’s

Economy Copy Slides
From Flat Art and Prints
Our Economy Copy Slide service is for slide presentation, reference use and any other purpose where color
match is not critical. We color balance our film to reproduce 18% grey accurately and photograph your work
with this balance. These are first run slides and remakes are not available. Please order our Portfolio Quality
35mm Copy Slides if color reproduction is critical.

Additional Information for Photographic Copy Work and Digital Capture
Art Larger than 3 Feet x 4 Feet
Large art over 3'x 4' has a 35.00 set-up fee. This set-up fee
covers all pieces of work
brought in at one time.
Art Larger than 4 Feet x 6 Feet
If you artwork is larger than 4'x 6', please call for more
information.
Art in Frames
It is best to bring in fine artwork unframed. We can, however,
usually photograph it in the frame.
If work needs to be unframed there is a 10.00 fee. For complex
frames we may need to quote an
additional fee.
Glossy Artwork
If your work is extremely glossy, it may be beneficial that you
have your work photographed prior to
coating. Please give us a call or e-mail us if you have any questions.
Special Artwork
We can handle all types of special artwork including un-mounted
textiles, un-mounted papers, diptychs,
fragile originals, special reproduction sizes, metallic paint,
gold leaf. Please ask for a quote on
special artwork. Let us help you get the finest reproduction
on film or as a digital capture.
